Cancellation Policy

The MISE Cancellation Policy is as follows:

If the registration is cancelled before 30 September 2023, a refund will be issued, less a merchant provider (Stripe) processing fee of up to 3%

If the registration is cancelled between 01 October 2023 and 15 October 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

If the registration is cancelled after 16 October 2023, no refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Tanya Smith, Materials Australia Executive Officer on tanya@materialsaustralia.com.au.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Materials Australia or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
